About our current availability

veröffentlicht am 05.11.2020

Important! Starting this week (11/03/2020), we’re going to be available during the usual hours (daily except for Mon, Thu from 9 PM until 1 AM) under the following number: 07531206886

Since the corona pandemic does not spare us, it can happen that some services cannot take place. On the http://nightlines.eu/ page you can look up which Nightlines are currently offering services and how you can reach them.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to our e-mail service at the moment and cannot answer you there at the moment. If you still prefer to write about your problems rather than talk, then you can register with the online service of Telefonseelsorge.de (https://online.telefonseelsorge.de/). Here you can also find a list of international helplines: https://www.telefonseelsorge.de/international-helplines/

Stay safe and healthy!

You don’t have a flatrate for landline networks? You live in Switzerland? You’d rather write your sorrows down than talk about them?

You can now reach us comfortably: We adapted ourselves to the digital age and are now also available via an anonymous and cost-free online portal. This portal allows you to write us an electronic message. We will answer your message as soon as we can. All you need is a user name and a password; not even an email address is required.

If you don’t already have an account, you can REGISTER HERE. To access your messages, LOGIN HERE.
